For each block, tag it:
HIGH-FOCUS WORK (cognitively expensive) / LOW-FRICTION ADMIN (cheap) /
FAMILY ANCHOR (protected, non-negotiable) / RECOVERY MARGIN (transition/rest — counts as real).

Then flag any IMPOSSIBLE DAYS: too many high-focus blocks back to back,
no recovery margins, or a family anchor in conflict.
For each impossible day, suggest the ONE move that makes it survivable.

End with: where I owe myself a recovery margin this week.
