Sort every item into exactly five piles: 1) DECISIONS — needs a frame to decide 2) TASKS — needs a clear next action 3) FEARS — needs naming, not solving 4) WAITING LOOPS — waiting on someone/something; needs a place to live 5) NOISE — not real or not urgent For each Decision, give the single question that would unlock it. For each Task, write the smallest first action. For each Fear, name it in one plain sentence. For each Waiting loop, note who or what it's waiting on. List Noise last, briefly.
